This is still just testing the compilation environment, and not directly the
runtime environment.

How wil this tool work? Will it be a repackaged devchk? Are you going to
actually parse the headers and try to make decisions that way? If so,
it's a lot of work for a small gain over devchk. Why not just make
devchk more thorough?

Note that LSB headers are intentionally not neccessarily a proper subset of
the system headers.

After reading the indicated page, it's still not clear what makes this a
runtiem test tool. What coverage is it providing beyond what devchk
either already does or could easily be extended to do?
