Hi,

I've put up the beginnings of "devchk" documentation on a wiki page here

The current info on the page has been inferred from comments on bug
#1051 (http://bugs.linuxbase.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1051)

It would be good to have a decent requirements section/doc and test
cases to engineer any inclusions into the current tool, so If anyone has
more info to add on that , please do.

Also, please follow up (if required) this thread  on
[email protected]
