The meeting concentrated on reviewing inbound problem reports

PR 99/100 we reviewed our recommendation from the last meeting
and now have updated these two to be recommended
Test Suite Deficiencies.

PR 101, 
Mats is still waiting for some more feedback from an upstream
developer on this item.

Other business:

Rita is working on development of a test suite for libpng,
she has sent an initial code dump to Andrew, who has made
a couple of suggestions back regarding test suite structure.
It was also noted that the first tests looked at are
primarily build side tests, rather than tests of the 
runtime they are executing on.
