PR 101, 
Based on bugzilla 1079 we should progress as a recommended
test suite deficiency.

LSB 3.1 testing:
For LSB 3.1 we need to decide if we want to do a re-release
of the test tools. We should have an agenda item at 
an upcoming call where we decide which test tools
need to be re-released for LSB 3.1

png tests:
We continue to discuss status of
png tests.The aim is for a runtime check. 
We agreed to try and be available for IRC to 
tackle any questions with the developer. This may
need a ping by email first to get us on IRC.
