[Bug 1079] libchk (classchk.c) unable to deal properly with "new" PPC64 ABI

With the patch attached to this bug applied to the current libchk source, the
results for ppc64 improved somewhat. The number of failures is down to four, two
of which are the ones that appear to be common on all architectures. The output
of running libchk and the tjreport of the journal file are available at the
following locations:
