[Bug 1140] tjreport is not parsing test name correctly

Ah, I see - tc 0, tp 57.  Yes there appear to be paths through here that doesn't
end up recording a result code.  I was looking at this one:

10|37 Catalog and Threads regression tests 16:52:23|TC Start 
15|37 tetj-1.0 1|TCM Start 
80|37 0 16:52:25|TC End

Perhaps since there was never an IC in there, that wasn't flagged as an error,
but it doesn't look right either.
