To access for no fee you can use any SIP phone
( SIP = Session Initiation Protocol -> Good way to do Voice over IP)
and dial
 
1-747-555-CONF (2663) and the access code.

For Linphone and other clients understanding sip: URLs
use
   sip:[email protected]

For some users you may need to use a dial
code to get to sipphone.com from your provider.  For example using
FreeWorldDialup it would be **7475552663 (or for softphones that
need a full URL, like kphone, sip:**[email protected]).

The access code then needs to be entered using the DTMF pad in the
softphone.

If you are using Gizmo for Linux and other platforms you can simply
dial "fcc" or "freeconferencecall" and the access code.
