[LSB 3.1] Bug #245: appbat needs to test install_initd

Hi,

This is about http://bugs.linuxbase.org/show_bug.cgi?id=245

For an appbat package offering an initscript(currently none of them do)
the contenders as of now: 
	lsb-apache
	lsb-rsync(?)
	lsb-samba

Being an RPM package it'll be expected to be installed on RedHat/Fedora
Core, SuSE, Mandriva, etc. 

For the initscript name I'm assuming apache/httpd, samba and rsync would
be already installed, in which case the initscript name could be more
like /etc/init.d/lsb-apache or /etc/init.d/lsb-samba.
I've checked with LANANA(http://www.lanana.org/) for init script names,
for some reason both "httpd" and "apache" are listed.

Any comments on the above?
