Checked in the generated files in elfchk (two new, one updated).  Now 
everything builds for me except cmdchk.  Need to check in a new cmds.h, but the 
mkcmdlist script is not generating it correctly. (Also need to update 
mkcmdlist2, cmdchk.py and cmdlist - the Python version - but that's not a 
release blocker).
