So current Linux-PAM does not crash anymore. But this brought up the question if this is specified or if we test something unspecified. I think possible solutions would be to document the behavior or remove the test cases. The implementations I'm aware of return all PAM_SYSTEM_ERR if pamh is NULL, maybe we should add it to the PAM spec?
