[Bug 1182] New: libchk is checking for all Excluded interfaces

mkfunclist script includes all excluded interfaces and hence libchk ends up
checking for those.

there is another script mkfunclist2 which does exclude these interfaces and
mainly used for comparing (thr make check) the results with mkfunclist. make
check will basically list all excluded interfaces (diff between these two
scripts outputs).

Not sure why this was done this way.. it looks like libchk is intentionly
checking for excluded interfaces
