CVS repository/commit list migration

We will shortly be moving the CVS repositories to sources.redhat.com.

We are taking the opportunity to split things into three separate
repositories, each with its own commit mailing list:

  dm   [email protected]   for device-mapper
  lvm  [email protected]  for LVM
  lvm2 [email protected] for LVM2

The mailing lists are run using ezmlm.

Shortly, I shall submit subscription requests for existing lvm-commit
subscribers for all three lists.

You will receive a message requesting that you confirm each subscription.
Please respond to each message as instructed if you wish to join that
new list, or ignore it if you don't.

Note that we are not able to send any administrative messages whatsoever
to these new mailing lists, so you are advised to watch the linux-lvm
mailing list for news of any restructuring in the future.
