Konqueror and Firefox overlap in that they both can render html. For 
other protocols they differ in ability.

Forinstance, Firefox can do FTP, but only with a plugin, Konqueror 
can do FTP . And so on . . . 

They are both good.

My wife can'nt find My Documents, and still has trouble with Save 
As . . , yet she quiet happily logs onto Linux. The reason being I 
can repeat a mantra "Do'nt worry you can'nt break Linux" - as in my 
account with my work on it is safe, and she can cruise the net, or 
play kmahjong.
