I upgraded from 10.1 directly.

However I cannot say when /etc/raidtab disappear.
It happens that I found a backed up copy a little older:
-rw-r--r--  1 root root 531 Nov 27 19:30 /etc/raidtab.backup.14304

(That may be when I installed 10.1, I do not know for sure. Also I installed
the current raidtools later

# rpm -qi raidtools
Name : raidtools Relocations: (not relocatable)
Version     : 0.90                              Vendor: Mandrakesoft
Release     : 13mdk                         Build Date: Fri 17 Sep 2004

Install Date: Tue 28 Dec 2004 02:24:12 PM EST Build Host:

)

hope that helps.
