Recap: if you want RC, use devel/10.2/x86_64 tree. It seems that: - beta 2 was fine /devel == exact beta2, cooker == beta2 + cooker - beta 1 was cooker/x86_64 only, no /devel in time - rc was devel/x86_64 only, no cooker/* in time but has some packages more recent than rc since I uploaded stuff there. > Then on reboot, a misssing link from modprobe to modprobe-25, > preventing the > lvm volume mounting among other problem. > I suspect a problem of various scriptlet, since rpm user was not > created too, > among others, and I am not the only one to have the problem ( see > http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/show_bug.cgi?id=15223 ). Do you have something worth enough from install.log? You know that pixel generally don't test lvm and relies on Luca's guidance. > Would my /root/drakx/ files help, i have seen nothing special in it ? Ah, I doubt the initscripts would self delete modprobe symlinks. Really nothing in install.log? BTW, what Shuttle model is it? Bye, Gwenolé.
