Hi

I am trying to install cooker on some small place I made on my machine...
I mirrored cooker on my home partition and I copied the vmlinuz and all.rdz
files in /boot as explained in the Cooker how-to.

I normally run 2 SATA drives with RAID1 (on x86_64). This is what happens when
I boot:

1. I select the linux image
2. the kernel loads, the installer starts and presents me with a menu
3. I choose hard disk install and ok, then the system presents me with a
choice: it picked up my 2 SATA drives and I choose one of them (they are in a
mirror setup), specifically my home partition
4. the installer is happy and the graphic parts starts, I choose the language,
I accept the conditions, then it tries to load the hard drive:: nothing!
I get an error message "an error occurred", no way to go forward.

Then I insert my usb key and I mount it. I continue and the installer picks up
my /dev/sdc drive and it I get to the partition wizard. But not sign of sda
and sdb (my 2 drives as seen before), gone. I you look below it looks like it
tries to assemble the raid partitions. However, you find nothing under /dev/
which looks like a raid device (mdX).

It looks like the error is coming at this part of the logs (ddebug.log):

<6>PCI: Using ACPI for IRQ routing
<6>** PCI interrupts are no longer routed automatically. If this
<6>** causes a device to stop working, it is probably because the
<6>** driver failed to call pci_enable_device(). As a temporary
<6>** workaround, the "pci=routeirq" argument restores the old
<6>** behavior. If this argument makes the device work again,
<6>** please email the output of "lspci" to [email protected]
<6>** so I can fix the driver.
