I only thought it was perl.  The one problem I am left with since the 
upgrade is that my rpm will not work.  I seem to have tracked down 
everything else.  Well Apache doesn't run, but I think it is a problem 
of not beeing able to load modules that aren't there and I need rpm to 
install them.  So we are back to a previous mail. :(
