Any plans on updating module-init-tools?

I fixed the ugly 64980 bug in drakxtools 13.52-2.

Now rpmdrake and other drak* stuff work again. But investigating the 
roots of the bug I found that we need to update module-init-tools and 
then update ldetect.

Currently we have module-init-tools 3.6 while most other major distros 
have 3.16 already. Who is the maintainer for module-init-tools? Per 
Øyvind Karlsen, as you worked on this package in past, can you please 
prepare the update (including all ldetect-related patches from Megeia)?
