As this is a direct backport of cooker package, using 2010.1 branch seems a bit
overkill IMO.

If %mkrel is added back for 2010.1 backport, this should be stated in
the changelog
though. This way it'll make it obvius that adding %mkrel back was
actually needed
and and justified.
