You need to be more specific, I've already justified my change, if you have any
issues with it you need to at least explain this for it to be possible
to discuss.

Why do you assume that I'd have any problems with that?
Provided that you know what you're doing and that you make sane changes you're
able to justify, you're more than welcome (which applies to pretty much anything
else I maintain)!
I'd be very happy to have more people actively contributing to rpm
development. :)
