No: I think this thread is utterly inane and needs to stop.

Use LC_ALL=C if/when possible.
And if one forgets, then google translate can be used, or
one can recognize the context as urpmi and guess the meaning.

There is no reason to discuss the utilities (all meanings) repeatedly.
