Latest CUPS has own implimentation of usb-lp modes and not need for usblp
on kernel.

Reason enable kernel usblp is - wmware, canon printrers, implimen firmware
(only for this process) for HP printers.

We need

1. See for other distros, like last Ubuntu and Fedora for it blacklists. If
it consists usblp on it we need do this also. May be internal
implimentation on latest CUPS work with enabled usblp (information for
nowtime situations in different).
2. Set list for usblp enabled printers and for drakprinter doing enable it
3. Set list for HP and other firmware needing printer and set udev rules or
scripts enabled usblp, upload firmware and then disable it.
