You need to fix linking flags (it's a common problem in Cooker, perhaps 
related to .la files removal):

/usr/bin/ld:  /tmp/ccQRHSPi.o:  undefined reference to symbol'xmlrpc_c::value_array::vectorValueValue() const'
/usr/bin/ld:  note:  'xmlrpc_c::value_array::vectorValueValue() const'  is definedin  DSO  /usr/lib64/libxmlrpc++.so.7  so try adding it to the linker command line
