No it doesn't give the same name, but the macronized name is the same.
Ie Conflicts: %{_lib}glib2.0-devel < 1:2.36.3-2:2013.0

So, still I don't see what the problem is? Are you just trying to split
hairs or are you actually going to provide a proper solution?
