You're wasting man power on focusing on things behind you instead of in front of you. Moderated on a list means that your posts still make it there unless your being an incredible douche bag toward people. Leave your ego at the door and all your barriers will drop. Keep up the douchebaggery and you make that artificial barrier become an actual one. It looks like to me you have NO barriers if you can just focus on one thing that everyone should be focusing on...the distribution. What a novel concept eh? Focusing on the distribution instead of pissing and moaning about all the injustices that were heaped upon you or others...or pissing and moaning about a barrier that doesn't exist as long as you focus on the distribution instead of pissing and moaning. Just my 2 cents...but I'm a project manager that gets results and motivates people to do jobs for some of the largest companies in the world...what do I know? --=20 ________________________________________ <http://www.linkedin.com/in/dkdevine/> <https://plus.google.com/117069291335504349557/posts> <https://twitter.com/devnet> devnet http://linux-blog.org --001a11c2a2e82877a004e2da19b5 Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <br><br><div class=3D"gmail_quote">On Wed, Jul 31, 2013 at 9:58 PM, Per =C3= =98yvind Karlsen <span dir=3D"ltr"><<a href=3D"mailto:proyvind@moondrake= .net" target=3D"_blank">[email protected]</a>></span> wrote:<br><bl= ockquote class=3D"gmail_quote" style=3D"margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #= ccc solid;padding-left:1ex"> 2013/8/1 David Walser <span dir=3D"ltr"><<a href=3D"mailto:luigiwalser@y= ahoo.com" target=3D"_blank">[email protected]</a>></span><div class= =3D"gmail_quote"><div><div class=3D"h5"><blockquote class=3D"gmail_quote" s= tyle=3D"margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex"> <br> I basically agree, but people have to have the ability to just work on the = distribution, without having to deal with artificial barriers that prevent = them from doing so. =C2=A0If that could just be fixed, all of this fighting= could end and everyone could get back to work without all the drama.<br> </blockquote></div></div><div>Exactly.</div><div><br></div><div>--</div><di= v>Regards,</div><div>Per =C3=98yvind</div></div> </blockquote></div><div><br></div>No, not exactly. =C2=A0You're wasting= man power on focusing on things behind you instead of in front of you. =C2= =A0Moderated on a list means that your posts still make it there unless you= r being an incredible douche bag toward people. =C2=A0Leave your ego at the= door and all your barriers will drop.<div> <br></div><div>Keep up the douchebaggery and you make that artificial barri= er become an actual one.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>It looks l= ike to me you have NO barriers if you can just focus on one thing that ever= yone should be focusing on...the distribution. =C2=A0What a novel concept e= h? =C2=A0Focusing on the distribution instead of pissing and moaning about = all the injustices that were heaped upon you or others...or pissing and moa= ning about a barrier that doesn't exist as long as you focus on the dis= tribution instead of pissing and moaning.</div> <div><br></div><div>Just my 2 cents...but I'm a project manager that ge= ts results and motivates people to do jobs for some of the largest companie= s in the world...what do I know?</div><div><br clear=3D"all"><div><br></div= > -- <br><div dir=3D"ltr"><font color=3D"#cccccc">___________________________= _____________</font><div><font color=3D"#cccccc"><br></font></div><div><fon= t color=3D"#cccccc"><a href=3D"http://www.linkedin.com/in/dkdevine/" target= =3D"_blank"><img src=3D"http://linux-blog.org/images/icon/linkedin_16.png">= </a>=C2=A0=C2=A0<a href=3D"https://plus.google.com/117069291335504349557/po= sts" target=3D"_blank"><img src=3D"http://linux-blog.org/images/icon/google= _plus_16.png"></a>=C2=A0=C2=A0<a href=3D"https://twitter.com/devnet" target= =3D"_blank"><img src=3D"http://linux-blog.org/images/icon/twitter_16.png"><= /a><br> </font></div><div><span style=3D"color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:arial,helveti= ca,sans-serif"><br></span></div><div><font color=3D"#000000" face=3D"arial,= helvetica, sans-serif">devnet</font></div><div><font color=3D"#000000" fac= e=3D"arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><a href=3D"http://linux-blog.org" target= =3D"_blank">http://linux-blog.org</a></font></div> </div> </div> --001a11c2a2e82877a004e2da19b5--
