To quote or not to quote ?

Hi guys,

in the french version of menu-message-main.po, some strings are probably in 
fuzzy mode only because the initial version of the string is between quotes 
and the translated version is not.

Most of the strings are without quotes, so do you think we have to keep the 
quotes in the translated version ? I don't think having items between quotes 
in a menu is a good idea..

What do you think ?
