The locales-zh package could maybe be split; however, the problem is
that the LANGUAGE variable, when choosing chinese, also includes the
other variant (traditional or simplified); that is on purpose, so that
if no localization exists in the wanted chinese version but one exists
in the other, then use it.

Maybe in such cases, for package selection, we should ignore language
variants in the LANGUAGE variable; or maybe just install the package
corresponding to the first matching locale in that variable.
(looking at that variable is needed because for several languages there
usually aren't packages corresponding to that locale but there are for
a language in the LANGUAGE variable; for example if you choose Breton,
there isn't a "br" version of OOo, but there is an "fr" one).

If several languages are choosen however (support for several
languages), that should be done for each of the choosen languages
(eg, if support is requested for zh_CN and zh_TW, then those both
mozilla-firefox-zh_CN and mozilla-firefox-zh_TW should be installed).

Currently I think all the locales in the LANGUAGE variable of all
requested languages are concantened together; and all packages for all
of those locales are installed.
So the behaviour should be changed to:

* for each requested language do:
	* look at its LANGUAGE variable, and install packages for
the first matching locale (it may be different locales for
	  different packages)

a special case could be done when "all" languages is selected;
then all language dependent packages can be installed, without need for
any special test.
