I think it is an error in the menu -> *.desktop migration
(the menus entries are like:
	title="foo"
while *.desktop entries are like:
	Name=foo
it seems *.desktop files have been created from menu files without
stripping the quotes, leading to:
	Name="foo"
and the quotes to appear in msgid.

Don't put the quotes in the translations (msgstr)
