Indeed, Non-English contents have not been migrated.

I am not sure. However, for those interested, please subscribe to web- 
discuss (web-discuss-subscribe-4qZELD6FgxheH41UXmfQsti2O/[email protected]), as we are  
discussing the wiki in's and out's there. In particular, the language  
layout is going to be different from now (I am going to document this  
direclty on the wiki this week).
