Wow! When I read that I wanted to know in which country this language was
used by which people and where it came from historically (I'm interested
in *human* languages and never heard about Klingonia). So I checked
wikipedia and was more than a bit surprised. A tv series artificial
language, spoken by make-up characters made up by a script-writer!

Well, it's another one of those "You can live long but learn something new
each day." things.
