Translation request for XFCE announce

Hi folks,

As i've produced a new XFCE Live (community) edition, i'd like its announce to be translated into as many languages as possible.

I'm managing the French translation.
Last time these translations were performed, the list was:
    * Français
    * Deutsch
    * Italiano
    * ‪中文(台灣)‬
    * Русский
    * Polski
    * Español

So i simply copied the language links (you still need to translate it). Do not hesitate to:
- add another language
- correct my English, since this is not my mother tongue.
