About & simbols

Hi everybody,

We are starting to work on the Spanish translations and we have found some
texts preceded by a "&" symbol in some .po files. It seems to make reference
to system common strings or something like that, like "open", or "tools".

Should we translate them, keep or remove the "&", do nothing about it?
