PO/POT not in syncro

Looking at http://mdk.jack.kiev.ua/stats/gui/trunk/team/ it appears
that several teams have a wrong number of messages.

Considering only the first 20 teams in "top list", this issue affects:
Romanian, Polish, Ukrainian, Portuguese and Spanish teams.

I would suggest all these teams to synchronize their wrong files
(msgmerge -Uv xx.po file.pot).
