Hi Diego,
AFAIK, the translations are automatic updated on cooker every time the  
app. where you submitted translations get rebuilded.
And for stuff like MandrivaGalaxy Anne Nicolas mostly sends the new  
release text just a few days before the official release, so have to pay  
attention to that.
