About using transifex for contributing

Hello,

As various comments on using transifex for contributing translations,
I've setup a Mandriva project[1] at transifex.net. For those want to
give it a try, please create a new team under Mandriva proejct, and
set yourself as coordinator. Then, follow standard routine of
transifex.

Any suggestions on transifex's managements, you could ping me at transifex.net.

I'm still working on if we could get the result committed directly
from transiflex.
