It would still be possible to use ordinary SVN for contributing translations, right? Otherwise, I won’t be able to contribute to translating Mandriva to Norwegian Nynorsk anymore. Any system that requires the translators to use a Web interface to either translate, or to download and upload individual translation files, takes too much time and effort to use, and forces the translators to waste too much time doing administrative tasks instead of doing the actual translations. The current SVN structure is terrible, but at least it’s possible to script it to fetch and commit updates automatically, making updating the translations fast and easy. -- Karl Ove Hufthammer http://huftis.org/ Jabber: [email protected]
