new strings for drakguard

Dear translators,

I know that it is really close to the latest 2010.1 release, but I've
found a large issue in drakguard, which could prevent it from working
correctly for blocking application execution. Therefore, to fix it, it
was necessary to add additional dialogs to the user and thus introduce
new strings.

There are 4 new strings in total.

I am sorry for doing this this late at the release cycle, but we only
discovered the issue a few days ago.
