Hm this is strange. I think in the past translators got subscriptions to 
PowerPack editions. At least that's how I got it with every release. Maybe the 
problem is that Mandriva forgot to update the translators database from which 
it then selects Mandriva accounts that get PWP enabled. Maybe Anne or someone 
from Mandriva knows more about this.
