Let's do this migration now.
1. kill all binary and source rpms named scim* and lib{,64}scim* in
contrib. None of them are actively maintained now, and we never
promoted them in the past.
2. move all binary and source rpms named scim* and lib{,64}scim* to
contrib. Those packages will be dropped one year later due to life
cycle of Mandriva Linux.
3. move all ibus* packages into main.
4. I'll do nessesary changes in svn repository, rpmsrate and drakx.
