Migration of default input method from scim to ibus

Hello,
I've filed a bug of enhancement which proposes the migration of
default input method from scim to ibus.

Please vote if you are also affected by scim issues that currently can
not be resolved or fixed, but would like to see ibus to be default
input method instead.
