Transifex projects

Hello all,

As you may have seen, most of the projects are imported in Transifex.

There is still some projects that can't be imported due to PO errors :
- control-center
- drakoo
- initscripts
- rpmdrake
- transfugdrake
- urpmi

So for projects that are in Transifex you can use Transifex. If you have
made some changes in the svn lately, make sure that your changes are in
Transifex. Please avoid using the svn directly for this projects as your
changes may be overwritten on the next Transifex pull.

For projects that are not in Transifex yet, you can surely continue to
use the svn like before.
