Yeah, I'd rather to see SVN remains primary and Transifex would be like
public mirror, i.e. if somebody makes change in SVN it does end in Transifex
- and commiters of translation teams have sunchronize Transifex with SVN
(besides, it allows them to maintain translation history saved in header,
the same which Transifex just eliminates, copying it to the file they commit
in SVN).
