Is it possible to add projects to teams?

This seems the same problems we have with SVN :-(
Translators prefer to work on language/team basis, not on package basis!

To translate into Zzzzzz  it is noising to jump from a page to another
searching for all zz.po,
merged into a lot of foreign languages.
Softwares like lokalize  work in the same way. They want a unique
directory for all language.
