project translated in svn but not in tx

Hi all, The project menu-main in Transifex appears with 0% of translated strings for Spanish language, while in SVN it is fully translated. Should we upload all PO files to the projects in Transifex to start translations or was Transifex supposed to start from the files already commited in SVN and therefore there is some error with this package?
