Yes but not all PO files, it depends on the software

There is also standard PO headers like :
"Last-Translator: Grégoire Colbert\n"
"Language-Team: Esperanto <[email protected]\n"

But this ones are filled by Transifex automatically and not very
suitable to put the history in it
