Well this means that the Transifex translations are not commited in the
svn yet, since your first link reflects the translations in the svn

I've worked on a Transifex extension for commiting directly in the svn,
but it's not finished yet

In the meantime you can download your po file from Transifex and commit
it to the svn manually
