I dont see this file in http://mdk.jack.kiev.ua

And also in http://mdk.jack.kiev.ua/stats/gui/trunk/team/pt/  i see
that urpmi appears with an untranslated string but the urpmi file in
svn its totally transalted...

Also cant find the .po file regarding translating simplewelcome
