[Bug 6525] [MandrakeMove] Enable icon zooming in kicker by default

I concer, might as well show off KDE a bit if you are going to be flashy.  I would also think that 
choosing the next size of icons would be appropriate.  As they are now they are a bit hard to 
see.

as kicker is small, i think that icons zooming should be enable by default. This will be easier to 
understand OO icons for example ( which one for Wordprocessing, which one for Calc, ... )
