MandrakeMove is a product that could have a great potential if it could hav=
e=20
some features for SOHO.

Currently, mobile computing is very appreciated and laptop usage is strong =
in=20
SOHO.
MandrakeMove could be a solution that could allow employes to have strong=
=20
mobilty possibilities. For this MandrakeMove need just some littles things :

	- 1=B0/ support to transparently crypted the USB key. It this case the usb=
=20
stick should be dedicated and format in ext/ext3 and the user should have t=
he=20
p=F4ssibility to crypt data thanks to a passphrase.
At next boot, when mdk have access to the key, it should detect that the ke=
y=20
is encrypted and then ask for the passphrase to decrypt the partition.

	- 2=B0/ central auth thanks to NIS/SMB/LDAP. Mdk support it in standard=20
distribution. Allowing this in mdkmove will allow customers to be integrate=
d=20
in their enterprise network very easily. In this case, TMDNS/Rendez-Vous=20
and/or DHCP givce network parameters whereas NIS/SMB/LDAP give users auth a=
nd=20
informations.
If NIS is associated with autofs, you could even imagine about automatic=20
configuration for theses kind of partition

	- 3=B0/ IPSEc VPN suport from client side. Indeed have the ability to conn=
ect=20
to your enterprise VPN ( IPSec ) with just a CD, a USB stick and a computer=
.=20
You can even use your personal computer for this without the fear to have=
=20
some sensitive informations in your computers ( especially if it's running=
=20
under Windows )
