This is great news!  I was just debating what distro to use to
update my multiple desktop and server machines.  I put MDV 2010.1
on two laptops and it worked well, so was going to use that, but
recent events made it unclear whether updates would continue
and so forth.  Of course after downloading OpenSUSE's latest I
read that its fate is also totally up in the air.  Do not like Fedora
or Ubuntu, so where to turn??  (PCLinusOS has been OK but is not
as smooth as MDV.)  This announcement will drive me to go
ahead with MDV 2010.1 installations and hope for the best!
